Finding the right home means finding the right neighborhood.

As a realtor it is illegal for me to judge a neighborhood for any reason. I am not allowed to say to my clients things like "this area of town is safer than another" or " town X has better schools than town Y." Fair Housing Laws prohibit all agents from steering potential buyers toward or away from a given community for any reason. It is up to the buyers to decide where and why they want to live in a specific location. As for your REALTOR well, he/she will be happy to show you great properties all over the map that fit your search criteria.
